RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Return policy: Due to the nature of the product, there is a No Refund/ Exchange Only Policy. Please review and inspect your hair order upon receipt. We will accept exchanges of unworn, and unopened hair within 5 days from delivery date. If hair is opened, washed combed, brushed or cut we cannot accept. You must contact us before returning and the customer is responsible for shipping. Your replacement will be shipped once your original package is received.( IF HAIR ISNT DEFECTIVE, THERE WILL BE A 25.00 RESTOKING FEE and customer will be responsible for shipping cost on their replacement)
